In 2025, the health and wellness industry became a $7 trillion dollar industry. Even the least health conscious person is seeing information on the news, their social media, and YouTube about how to live a healthier life. There are very few Christian voices in this industry seeking to help believers biblically navigate stewarding their bodies for God’s glory. On the one hand, many Christians suffer from ignoring their body and neglecting to take care of it, while others hit the other extreme of idolizing their body and health becoming obsessive over it. This study will aim to provide a biblical framework for the pursuit of a body that glorifies God, while prioritizing our eternal souls.

We are also thrilled to offer our Keystone Kids: Fall Blast program that will take place during our Keystone studies (starting at 11:15AM)! Our kids will enjoy games, singing, and a snack together led by our fantastic Keystone Kids volunteers. This program is offered to our 4 years old to 5th grade kids. Nursery will be available for our newborns to 3 years old kids as well.
